Dashboard Redesign

As NaviStone's platform expanded to serve a broader user base, I saw an opportunity to redefine the experience at the core of our non-enterprise users' workflow: the domain dashboard. User feedback highlighted key pain points—an unintuitive layout, cluttered interface, and KPIs that often felt irrelevant or even absent. My goal was to transform this space into a more intuitive, visually cohesive, and functional hub. By reimagining the layout, I created a cleaner, more inviting interface that placed essential features within immediate reach. I redesigned the KPI display to ensure it surfaced the most meaningful metrics, empowering users with insights at a glance. Each design decision reinforced a consistent aesthetic that not only aligned with the platform's evolving visual language but also offered a scalable framework to support future growth and feature updates. This project represents a thoughtful, user-centered approach to delivering simplicity and depth in one cohesive design.

Campaign List Page

In redesigning the Campaign List Page, I focused on creating a clean, intuitive layout that scales with ease. This new design helps marketing managers navigate their campaigns effortlessly, providing clear access to essential metrics and actions without clutter. Bulk and individual campaign controls are simple yet powerful, enabling quick management even as the platform grows. For new users, the zero-state view offers a welcoming guide to starting their first campaign, blending functionality with an inviting user experience. This overhaul brings consistency, clarity, and flexibility to the Campaign List Page, enhancing both usability and scalability.

CSV Import

The CSV Import feature allows users to upload and process large datasets, automating the creation of campaigns and contacts. This project aimed to streamline the process, making it more efficient and user-friendly. I focused on creating a clear, intuitive interface that guides users through the import process, ensuring they can manage their data effectively. Key features include a progress indicator, error handling, and a summary of the import results. This redesign not only simplifies the user experience but also enhances the platform's capabilities, allowing users to leverage their existing data to drive campaign success.

Iris Design System

In fall of 2023, work began on a new design system for NaviStone's agency platform. The app was cobbled together with a variety of front-end styling frameworks and component libraries. And the Figma files that I inherited from a previous contractor were inconsistent, and often never matched the code in production.

Because we were short on time, we had to polish the styles in the exisitng app. Practically, this meant that I audited the app, found inconsistencies in styles, and began to implement new design system tokens that would be used in the new design system.

Fast forward to early 2024, our engineering team was still having issues with...............

Implemented in vue.js, documented in storybook. worked with engineering manager and lead to chart out the implmentation of the design system. provided support to team as needed, and continue to field requests for changes and new components as needed.
