NaviStone, Inc (2022–now). First designer, translating the martech agency's vast digital direct mail capabilities into a productized platform. Designed a Figma UI kit and subsequently built it in Vue.js. Prototyped spec projects for leadership team to shape the future of the company.
Intuit MailChimp (2021–2022). Shipped the first set of aggregate performance reporting tools for the leading email marketing platform. And, before that, refined tools to help users interact with early (pre-GPT) generative AI models.
Flagstar Bank (2015–2021). Led the implementation of responsive website redesign for flagstar.com, while simultaneously resolving an ADA lawsuit by making site WCAG AA compliant. Later went on to build a UI component library, content management tools, loan officer profiles, and much more.
